Refund policy

We take pride in the quality of our handcrafted pieces. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Please note: Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons.

Please contact us prior to sending any item back and we’ll supply the address and the procedure to return it.
